Install Windows 10 from USB

  1. Open command prompt window as an administrator

Click Start -> type CMD, right click on the first result and choose Run as administrator

  1. Within the command prompt window, type diskpartand hit enter
  2. Once in the diskpart command prompt, type list diskand hit enter
    1. You will notice a DOS format table listing your available disks.

  9. At the diskpart command prompt, type list volumeand hit enter.
  10. At the diskpart command prompt, type exitand press enter, but don’t exit the command prompt.
